Advanced Preparation for Christian Ministry is a graduate-level, self-paced continuing education mini-course designed to prepare ministers, chaplains, church leaders, and Christian servants for effective and faithful ministry. The course examines biblical leadership, spiritual maturity, ethical ministry practices, pastoral care, servant leadership, and ministry readiness in today’s changing culture. Students will reflect on biblical principles while applying practical strategies for ministry in the local church and community. Learners will complete required readings across three domains (Biblical Leadership & Servant Leadership; Spiritual Formation & Christian Ethics; Ministry Preparation & Caring for People in Ministry), submit three reflective writing assignments, complete one analytical ministry case study, and pass a comprehensive foundational quiz (70% minimum; unlimited attempts).
